This Return and Refund Policy sets forth the conditions applicable to the return of products purchased from CarmoWood Group companies, as well as the procedures related to repair, replacement, or refund, when applicable.<\/p>\n\n
We recommend that you read the terms and conditions below to learn about the procedures to follow in each situation.<\/p>\n\n
Whenever a return is due to product defects, the companies in the CarmoWood group will cover the shipping costs. The customer is entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract, in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n\n
For wood products treated with Class 4 SP treatment, CarmoWood offers a commercial warranty of up to 20 years against premature wood rot.<\/p>\n\n
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may return the items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged, show no signs of use, and are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.<\/p>\n\n
1. Notify us of your intention to return the item by emailing: geral@carmowood.com.<\/p>\n\n
2. After confirmation, send the items to: Travass\u00f3s Industrial Zone, S\/n, 3680-170 Oliveira de Frades.<\/p>\n\n
3. In these cases (voluntary return), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n
The refund for the order amount will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the condition of the products at our facility. The refund will be issued, preferably, through the same payment method used for the original purchase.<\/p>\n\n
